History + Mission
Founder Kelly Bauer started her doctoral journey in Fall of 2021. While the convenience of an online program allowed her to work and go to school full time, she quickly realized how isolating an online doctoral program could be without a supportive and empowering community. By the second year in the program, Kelly began to develop her idea to create a community dedicated to supporting women on their doctoral journey. In August of 2023, Pursuing her Dreams officially became a reality!
Mission: To celebrate women with a doctoral degree while helping and empowering others to do the same.

It's a pleasure to meet you! I am the Founder of Pursuing her Dreams, LLC. and a current doctoral student at Grand Canyon University in Arizona. This community and mission fill me with purpose and I look forward to supporting women on their doctoral journey in the months and years to come!
